Your hours are valid for one full year from the date of purchase. Use them at your own pace within that timeframe. This gives you plenty of flexibility for every-now-and-then design needs.
We'll communicate via mail or one of the common apps for team communication (Teams, Slack, Discord). I'm flexible to make that work.
In most cases, we have a meeting before you purchase one of the packages. During that meeting, we'll discuss what you need (and when) so that we can schedule the work.
